Introduction to Digital Technology, Computers, Communication Networks
The aim of this course is to introduce Digital Technology, which is the dominant modern technology, and its applications. An introduction to the architecture of modern computers and computer systems, their management and modern operating systems is provided. In addition, the basic principles of computer networks, the Internet and cloud computing services are presented. Students will become familiar with the latest developments in wireless broadband systems from a technological, regulatory and business perspective, and will learn about concepts such as broadband, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR)
